Biography
Claire is a senior physiotherapist with a special interest in women’s health, pelvic floor rehabilitation, pregnancy and postpartum care, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, lymphoedema management, vestibular rehabilitation, and Clinical Pilates.
Her work is grounded in a simple belief: that every person deserves the physical capacity to meet the demands of daily life, not just to recover, but to move with confidence and thrive. She supports patients through a wide range of concerns, from pregnancy-related aches and postnatal recovery to sports injuries, persistent pain, swelling management, dizziness, balance concerns, and return to activity.
Claire’s clinical experience spans both hospital and private practice settings. She trained for four years at Changi General Hospital under the MOH Scholarship Programme, where she developed broad clinical competencies across orthopaedics, neurology, geriatrics, and respiratory care before moving into private practice.
Her sessions are thoughtful, practical, and movement-centred. Claire combines targeted exercise, movement education, hands-on care, and Clinical Pilates to help patients understand their bodies, recover well, and build the strength and confidence to return to what matters to them.
With a lifelong connection to movement through ballet, competitive badminton, ballroom dance, gym work, yoga, and Pilates, Claire brings both clinical knowledge and lived understanding to her care. She consults in English and Mandarin, with basic Hokkien and Malay.
Claire’s approach
Claire takes time to understand your symptoms, goals, lifestyle, and the activities you want to return to. Her care is practical and personalised, combining clear clinical reasoning with movement-based rehabilitation so that each session helps you understand what is happening and what to do next.
Patients can expect a thoughtful assessment, clear explanations, and a treatment plan tailored to their needs. Where appropriate, Claire may include hands-on treatment, pelvic floor rehabilitation, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Clinical Pilates, strengthening, balance work, education, and home strategies to support recovery beyond the clinic.

Personal Note
I have always been drawn to movement, from badminton to ballet and ballroom dance. These days, I enjoy a mix of gym work, yoga, and Pilates, where I find a balance between strength and control.
Outside of work, I’m a dog mum to two pups. I enjoy long walks with them and am always on the lookout for a good cup of coffee, whether in Singapore or while travelling.
As a physiotherapist, I believe in helping you build strength, move well, and feel confident in your body, so you can return to what you love and move through life with greater ease.
