Biography
Kristy is a senior physiotherapist with a special interest in women’s health, paediatric physiotherapy, active ageing, and performance-based rehabilitation.
Her work sits at the intersection of clinical rehabilitation and exercise science. She supports women, children, and seniors through a wide range of concerns, from pregnancy-related aches and postpartum recovery to pelvic health, paediatric orthopaedic and neuromuscular conditions, strength, balance, mobility, and long-term movement care.
Kristy brings a strong clinical background across both adult and paediatric populations. She has six years of experience at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, where she managed women with gynaecological concerns and pregnancy-related musculoskeletal conditions. She also worked with children with physical disabilities at AWWA Ltd, collaborating closely with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support each child’s participation in school and daily life.
With a background in exercise physiology and rehabilitation, Kristy combines evidence-based care with performance principles. Her sessions are holistic, patient-centred, and tailored to each person’s needs, helping patients recover well while building strength, confidence, independence, and long-term resilience.
Kristy is passionate about empowering her patients with the knowledge and tools they need to feel more confident and in control of their health, movement, and daily function.
Kristy’s approach
Kristy takes time to understand the full picture - your symptoms, goals, lifestyle, stage of life, and the activities that matter most to you or your child. Her care combines clinical reasoning, exercise rehabilitation, and practical strategies so each session supports both recovery and longer-term function.
Patients can expect a thoughtful assessment, clear explanations, and a treatment plan tailored to their needs. Where appropriate, Kristy may include pelvic health rehabilitation, strengthening, conditioning, balance training, movement retraining, education, and home strategies to help patients build confidence beyond the clinic.
For children, Kristy works closely with families to support functional independence, participation, and confidence in everyday environments such as home, school, and play.
For seniors, Kristy focuses on strength, balance, mobility, and confidence, helping patients stay active, independent, and engaged in the activities they value.

Personal Note
In my free time, the competitive side of me enjoys hosting board game sessions or having a game of badminton with friends. I’m also always planning my next trip to the happiest place on earth, where I can fully indulge as a Disney adult.
Otherwise, me-time looks like a cosy day at home doing colour by numbers or singing karaoke.
Being part of Goji is an exciting new chapter for me, and I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you in feeling more confident as you lead an active lifestyle.
