Private Pilates vs. Clinical Pilates: What’s the difference?
At Goji, both Private Pilates and Clinical Pilates offer personalised, low-impact exercise in a private 1:1 or 2:1 setting. The difference lies in who guides your sessions and the type of expertise they bring.
Private Pilates is led by a STOTT PILATES® certified instructor. It focuses on developing strength, flexibility, body awareness and movement confidence through a Pilates practice tailored to your abilities and fitness goals.
Clinical Pilates, on the other hand, is led by an AHPC-registered physiotherapist, making it suitable for individuals who prefer exercise guided by clinical knowledge, particularly when returning to activity after rehabilitation or exercising with specific physical considerations.
Neither service replaces physiotherapy assessment or treatment. If you’re unsure which is right for you, our team can help you choose.
Packages
Private Pilates is available as a single à la carte session or in 5-session and 10-session packages.
