Privacy Policy

This notice explains what personal data Goji Women's and Family Physiotherapy ("Goji", "we", "us") collects when you use our website or book an appointment, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect

1. Booking and enquiry details

When you book an appointment or message us, you give us details such as your name, phone number, email address, appointment preferences, a home-visit address (if applicable), and any notes you choose to share about your condition. We use these only to arrange and provide your care, to send booking confirmations, and to contact you about your appointment.

2. Website analytics

As you browse, we record anonymous usage data to understand which channels bring people to us and where our booking flow can be improved:

• A random visitor and session identifier stored in your browser (not linked to your name, phone, or email).
• The pages you view and the steps you reach in the booking flow.
• How you arrived: the referring website and any campaign tags in the link (for example utm and Google click identifiers).
• General device and browser information, used to filter out automated traffic.

This analytics data does not include your name, phone number, or email. The details you enter into the booking form are never sent to our analytics.

Cookies and similar technologies

Our own analytics uses your browser's local storage to hold the random identifiers described above. When enabled, Google Analytics and Google Ads also set cookies to measure visits and the performance of our ads. You can clear this data at any time in your browser settings, and you can manage ad personalisation through Google's Ads Settings.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the clinic and the site:

• Plato - our practice-management system, which stores your booking and clinical records.
• Google (Analytics and Ads) - website and advertising measurement.
• Cloudflare - website hosting and delivery.
• WhatsApp / Meta - only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.

We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and clinical records for as long as needed to provide your care and to meet our legal, accounting, and insurance obligations. Analytics data is retained in aggregate to track trends over time.

Your choices and rights

Under the PDPA, you may:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you and request a copy.
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
• Withdraw your consent to our use of your personal data, subject to legal and care-related limits.
• Opt out of website analytics by clearing your browser's site data for this site, or using your browser's privacy controls and Google's Ads Settings.
