  • Joint range of movement and muscle strength testing
  • Assessment of the affected area and related regions

Treatment may begin during the same session and may include:

  • Manual therapy
  • Exercise and rehabilitation
  • Pain and symptom management strategies
  • Guidance on activity, load management and return to work, exercise or sport
